At Philharmo we value your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it and what rights you have.
What data we collect
When creating an account: your email address and optionally a display name. When using the service: your favorite composers, works and artists, your selected cities, and which concerts you marked as 'going'. Automatically: basic data about your visit, such as the time and pages you view (via server logs). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools.
What we use your data for
We use your data only to provide the service: showing your personal concert calendar, saving your favorites and preferences, and sending any notifications about concerts that interest you. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Processor
Your data is stored and processed through Supabase, a cloud database platform with servers in the EU. Supabase acts as processor on behalf of Philharmo. Emails, such as confirmation emails, are sent through Resend.
Cookies
Philharmo only uses strictly necessary cookies for authentication (session tokens). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies or analytics cookies. Because these cookies are necessary for the service to function, no separate consent is required.
Retention period
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data (profile, favorites, preferences) will be deleted within 30 days. Anonymized data may be kept longer for statistical purposes.
Your rights (GDPR)
As a user in the EU, you have the right to access your personal data, the right to correct incorrect data, the right to delete your data (right to be forgotten), the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing. Third-party tracking
Philharmo does not use third-party tracking. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or similar services. Your behavior on our platform is not tracked or shared with advertisers.
