By using Philharmo you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The service

Philharmo is a platform for discovering classical concerts in the Netherlands and Germany. We collect concert information from concert venues and ensembles and present it clearly. The service is free to use. With an account you can save favorites and keep a personal concert calendar.

Accounts

Some features, such as saving favorites, require an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in your settings.

Intellectual property

The content and design of Philharmo are owned by Philharmo. Concert information is collected from publicly accessible sources. Composer and work data come from the OpenOpus database. You may use the information on Philharmo for personal purposes, but not systematically copy or reuse it for commercial purposes.

Data sources

Concert information is collected automatically from the websites of concert venues and ensembles. We do our best to display this information accurately, but we cannot guarantee that all information is complete and correct. Always check the venue website for final information about prices, times and availability.

Liability

Philharmo is provided without any warranty. We are not liable for incorrect or incomplete concert information, changes in concert programmes or prices, technical failures or unavailability of the service, or any damage resulting from the use of our platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time. After deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

Changes

We may change these terms from time to time. For important changes we will inform you by email or with a notification on the platform. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new terms.
