Close to Classics places you in the middle of the orchestra, surrounded by musicians and two grand Steinway pianos. Conductor Chloe Rooke leads the Residentie Orkest and pianists Tobias Borsboom and Daniël van der Hoeven through Saint-Saëns' inventive Carnaval des animaux, along with five brand new animals brought to life by young British composer Robin Fiedler, specially written for this concert.
