At this concert, we travel with the RSO Wien under the direction of conductor Yi-Chen Lin through the world of fairy tales, encountering the ancient instrument, the Chinese sheng. The program features works inspired by the tales of 1001 Nights, including Rimski-Korsakow's colorful 'Scheherazade' and Glinka's energetic overture to 'Ruslan und Ludmila'.
